Refund & Return

What is your return policy?

• Returns are available for all items and must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
• For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear, swimwear, socks and other similar items.
• We aim to process refunds promptly upon receiving returned items, typically within 48 hours. Please note that the actual receipt of your refund may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Alternatively, you have the option to expedite your refund by opting for a store voucher, which will be issued within 24 hours.
